I have over 18 years of HR experience and hold two HR certifications: the Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certificate through HRCI and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification. I was awarded the Executive of the Year (2020) by National Human Resources Association (NHRA) in April 2021.

I am a Customer Advisory Board member for Loquere, Inc., a Board Member for the OC Chapter of TALK (Talent Acquisition Leadership Keynotes), assists Board Members of NHRA on specialty projects, and volunteers for HRCI on the Writing & Forms Panels.

In 2021, I branched out and started my own business, Guide to HR. Guide to HR provides transformative and innovative People (Human Resources) solutions to your start-up, small-sized, or non-profit business.
